Meet Nikki aka Rebel w/o a Claw

Arguably the most rebellious nail tech in town…

Nikki hails from Cleveland. She moved to Denver after a successful snowboarding trip. Isn’t that every midwesterners coming to Denver story? Like her mom, Nicole worked in the restaurant industry and has declared herself Denver’s Favorite Breakfast Server.

Nicole has been a licensed cosmetologist since 2009 and became a client of Rachael’s in July of 2022. Rachael did her nails for a special trip to the motherland (Italy) where she met her Italian relatives and traveled around the country. Miraculously, her manicure was still intact after a two-week adventure. About a year later, Nikki was asking Rachael about an apprenticeship and started in October of 2023!

So far she is finding that glitter, cat eye, gold and silver really make her heart sing, but most of all, it’s the connection with badass clients that keep her coming back for more.

Like any true Browns fan, Nikki is full of inexplicable optimism. Then there’s her Italian Gemini side that’s dripping with sass and banter. When Nikki’s not in the shop or serving up breakfast, you can usually find her racking up United miles, perusing Brass Armadillo or doting on her perfect dog babies, Giuseppe and Rigatoni.
