If you have to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance! This allows me the chance to rebook your spot and you avoid being charged a late cancel fee which is 100% of your appointment cost. To summarize, cancel 24 hours before your appointment, no problemo! Cancel 22 hours before your appointment, 100% of your service cost will be charged to the card on file!

Currently, we are unable to take walk in clients and require online booking for all appointments. Booking online is easy and we're happy to set up a recurring appointment if need be - just ask!
If you're running late for your appointment, please reach out and let me know. If you are more than 15 minutes late and I don't hear from you, I'll be unable to perform your service and you will be charged 100% of your appointment cost. Being late throws off my whole day and isn't fair to other clients! I really appreciate your understanding on this one <3
Please give yourself 4-6 weeks lead time to book your appointment. I do my best to accommodate last minute requests but it becomes increasingly difficult to manage! I post cancellations on my instagram page.
As one of my favorite rappers so eloquently puts it, "Trick luh da kids". That being said, please don't bring them to your appointment.
I follow the Denver School District's snow day cancellations. So if area schools are closed, your appointment will be cancelled and I will be in touch to reschedule!
